I combine shipping whenever possible. Multiple auctions/purchases may be combined to reduce shipping. If paying for multiple auctions by PayPal , all MUST be paid at once (NOT each item separately). Please wait for my invoice when purchasing multiple items.
I charge shipping based on weight (and distance, in the case of Parcel Post) of the total order. I generally use media mail for books up to about 15 lbs, above which Priority Mail Flat Rate becomes a better value.
Generally, magazines are shipped First Class, Priority Mail Flat Rate, or Parcel Post, whichever makes the most sense. If a magazine contain advertising (even vintage, out-of-date advertising) it is not legally eligible for Media Mail rates and is subject to postal inspection and interception.
Many sellers risk shipping magazines by Media Mail. I prefer not to tempt fate and follow postal regulations.
