We operate a "No Returns" policy. This product is pre-owned and has been professionally tested, inspected and cleaned. Buyers are provided a 30 day warranty guaranteeing the functionality and overall condition of the item(s). This item may show slight cosmetic marks such as light scratches or minor markings that do not affect the use or performance of the product. Product manuals are not included. Buyer is responsible for setup of equipment which for some items may include locating and installing drivers, software or consumable items. Setup support is generally not available.

Shipping and handling charges cover timely shipment, insurance and tracking. All products are professionally packed to ensure arrival in the condition expected.
