| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We accept returns within 7 days of the item being received by you. We will gladly refund 100% if the item was misrepresented a full refund will be given within 7 business days (paypal sometimes takes 5 for processing). All of our listings have a "Terms and Conditions" section that explains the return process for that item. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Most of our items can be combined shipped. If they are shipping from different locations then a shipping discount will be given. Contact us for a shipping quote if you want to see your savings in advance! An invoice will be sent combining your purchases. You can purchase items up to 5 days apart and still have them combined! |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:For most of our items international shipping is an option. Each listing has a "Shipping" section that will explaing the shipping for that item. Because we order some items direct we can not offer international on all items. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping. We ship USPS unless otherwise requested. |

| Q:Do you offer consignment services? |
|
| A:YES! We offer pickup of items locally for consignment. We have several consignment items listed in our store now! |

| Q:What kind of fees can I expect to pay on consignment items? |
|
| A:For consignment we deduct the Ebay fees, PayPal fees, and our 20% service fee from the sale of your item. We then pay you either by PayPal or Money Order on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We store, picture, research, list, and ship the items for you! You sit back and collect the profits!! |
