What Method Of Shipping Do You Use For Domestic Orders?
We ship through USPS postal service. Domestic orders can ship Priority Mail (2-4 days) at a cost of $4.80 for jewelry, scarves and small items. Larger items will cost a little more and vary depending on the product. The exact cost can be found for each listing. Priority mail comes with delivery confirmation and insurance can be purchased for a small added cost.
You can also choose Express Mail shipping for rush orders (next business day). This service will cost $16.00 for jewelry and scarves, a little more for larger items. Insurance is included with Express Mail.
What Method Of Shipping Do You Use For International Orders?
We ship USPS International Shipping Services. International Priority Mail (est.6-10 business days), this costs $11.95 for jewelry orders and $24.00 for larger items. This service does not offer tracking for your order. You can also choose International Express Mail (3-5 days) at $25.00 for jewelry and $32.00 for larger items. Express mail offers tracking with insurance included in this price. We highly recommend Express Mail for all orders over $75.00.
Very important – International orders usually arrive within the time stated, however due to customs and other postal delays please allow for extra time for your orders to arrive.
International orders are subject to custom duty charges. The buyer is responsible for these costs. We do not know the charges. To get an idea of the charge please contact your Customs Department to check.
Do You Combine Shipping Costs For Multiple Purchases?
Always, you will only pay the shipping costs on the first item (most expensive to ship), all other items after that will ship at no additional charge!
How Long After I Pay For My Item Will It Be Shipped Out?
We ship the same day or next business day after receiving cleared payment. When paying by eCheck through Pay Pal please note it will take 3-5 business days for the payment to clear to us. Once Pay Pal sends us the cleared payment notice, your order will be promptly shipped out.
