Ups is insured and if damaged in shipment must save item and all packaging materials including box for insurance filing if not I will not be responsible for the damage in shipment. Post office shipments if not insured will not be refundable if damaged in shipment. I do not charge addtional shipping an handeling fees to cover insurance that is up to the buyer, Post office does not refund without insurance. However UPS is insured. Highly recommend insurance on more expensive items.
