1.) What will I receive in my package?
The contents you will receive are listed in every auction in big bold letters at the top of the auction. For each vehicle we have the front door tint package, rear window package, and all windows package. If you are not certain what is being sold please contact us before bidding so we can assist you further.
2.)What percentages of tint can I purchase this product in and how would I request them?
We offer 5% limo tint, 20% dark grey, 35% light grey, and 50% light film. All window tint items will come in the standard dark grey 20% tint shade. If you are interested in the 5%, 35%, or 50% tint shade, please make sure to purchase your tint shade request through our ebay store. This is the only way requests will be guaranteed.
Please do not request a different percentage while bidding on our auctions. Any changes must be made once you win the item, and make your payment for both the window tint and tint shade request.
Please also remember that the special window tint colors can not be purchased through the regular auctions. The special tint films are available in our ebay store.
3.) Can I have different percentages of window tint for my front windows, and my rear windows?
You may mix the window tint shades. You will notice in the ebay store section for tint shade requests there are options to have your front doors lighter/darker than the rest of the windows on your vehicle. Please make sure to purchase the request selection at the same time as the window tint film purchase. 4.) How hard is this product to install?
This do it yourself product is not difficult to install as long as you have patience, plenty of water/solution, and make sure to squeegee from the center and work on out. Other than that you should be able to install this yourself. You may e-mail us at anytime for additional tips, pointers, or for any assistance you may need.
5.) Who is the manufacturer of your window tint?
Our window film is manufactured by an independent manufacturing company. The quality is that of any name brand film on the market. It is a grade A quality film.
6.) Does your window tint film come with a warranty/ guarantee?
We guarantee our film will never turn colors, fade, peel, crack, or bubble once installed professionally, and maintained properly. If the material does not meet these standards you may send the product back for replacement.
7.) I already have window tint on my vehicle, how do I know what percentage film I should purchase to best match my current window tint?
Most factory tint is between 35%-20%. We recommend you contact your local dealership to see if they know the exact percentage of tint on your vehicle.
8.) What percentage of tint is legal in my state?
It is the customers responsibility to know and be aware of their state laws. We are not liable for any tickets or legal ramifications that may arise from purchasing our window tint films. Please use your best judgement and research the laws before purchasing this item.
9.) Does the rear window come in one piece, or is it sold in strips?
Most of our smaller rear windows come in one solid piece. However for your convenience, on the more difficult rear windows we may cut the rear window into 2 pieces. This will help you significantly during installation. If you request, at the time of payment, that you would like a solid 1 piece rear for your large window, we will provide it to you at no additional cost. If your vehicle has a sliding glass window, you must let us know when making the payment. Also double check your items description to see if the rear window is included. You may carefully use a razor blade at an angle to remove the old window film. The razor will not scratch the glass because glass is harder than the metal. Please use the razor at a 45 degree angle when skimming off the old window tint.

**Remember that the colored films, mirrored films, and holographic films can not be purchased through any standard tint auction as the prices vary.
13.) Are the prices the same for special tint films?
