We have safely packed and shipped thousands of items. Everything we ship is personally packed by us, the owners. Being a small family owned and operated business, we take care with each and every order one at a time. There is no high production here! We successfully use the United States Postal Service, Kensington CT 06037 branch. Most USA Mainland destination items are shipped Priority Mail, some First Class. International items are shipped Air Parcel Post, and Global priority all depending on the item.

Your shipping cost for any of our items:

• Each item ad has the exact shipping information (USA zip codes) within so that you know the cost before you bid or Buy it Now. It is either a flat amount or needs to be figured using the eBay shipping calculator on the bottom part of the ad. If you are an INTERNATIONAL customer, email us before the purchase to know your exact shipping and handling amount.
• Exact amount: In the shipping information area of our ad may be the actual amount for shipping.
• eBay shipping calculator: In the shipping information area of our ad there may be mention of using the eBay shipping calculator. It is located towards the bottom of the ad. You simply put your zip code in the box and you will see the exact amount of shipping cost to you. If you are an INTERNATIONAL customer, email us before the purchase to know your exact shipping and handling amount.

Combined Shipping amount:

• If you want to purchase multiple items from us, feel free to and enjoy shipping savings when we combine the shipping.
• We calculate your multi item shipping amount by weighing all the items you purchased with the packing material and figure the cost to your zip code.
• Combined shipping cost is less than if you ad the separate items shipping cost, only if they fit in the same box. Very large items that cannot be packed together cannot be combined.

What we do to insure your package gets to you safely:

• Packed in box. We use padded envelopes for smaller items.
• Packing cushioning. We use different types of cushioning depending on the item.
• Tape all box seams. We do not just put one piece of tape across the top, rather at the flap ends also.
• Address label is clear taped over so it is clear even if it gets wet.
• Our return address is clear taped over so it is clear even if it gets wet.
• Priority Mail stickers used on brown boxes so that it is not mistaken for Parcel Post and takes the long route.
• Fragile, do not crush, do not drop etc. stamps are applied to boxes.
• Consistently ship from the same post office. We are known at our post office.
• Print USPS labels for clear type addresses.

• USPS Priority Mail, advertised  2-3 day delivery. (they do not guarantee in their fine print surprisingly) Most items shipped this service.
• USPS First Class Mail. Some smaller items shipped this service
• USPS Parcel Post. A few items shipped this service
• Global Priority for international
• Air Mail Parcel Post for international

International Shipping notes:

• We do NOT mark gift on the customs forms. Marking gift does not avoid duty and taxes.
