 Q: Do I need an RMA?
  A: No. Please send us a message and we will provide return instructions.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Please review the item description and purchase terms of the auction. Contact us if there is any problem with your order, and we will do our best to resolve the situation. For GUARANTEED items, we offer a 7 day Replacement Guarantee. For UNKNOWN or PARTS/REPAIR items, we do not accept returns, but will make exceptions accordingly.
 Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
  A: We prefer payment via PayPal. We cannot complete debit/credit transactions outside of PayPal. We will also accept money orders if received within 7 days of the auction end. If you are local and prefer pick-up/delivery you can pay cash directly.
 Q: What is the condition of the item?
  A: We provide our buyers with a detailed item description in the auction listing. If you have any questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
 Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
  A: Yes, we combine the shipping weights of all the items provided the total weight is under 70 pounds. We pass on our volume discount rates with UPS which along with the handling fee for each item is reflected in the final calculated rate.
 Q: Do you allow local pick-up?
  A: We allow local pick-up during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. A $10 handling fee as well as CA Sales Tax will apply. We are located in Santa Ana.
 Q: Can I use my personal or business shipping account?
  A: Due to liability issues, customers are not allowed to use their accounts nor use a carrier other than ours for shipping.
 Q: I'm an international customer; can you declare a lower value or declare my item as a gift to avoid customs charges?
  A: As a company, we are liable for what we disclose on a commercial invoice, thus we must disclose the actual value of the item and actual terms of the sale.
 Q: Can you ship my item to an address that's different from my eBay/PayPal address?
  A: To prevent fraudulent activity & to protect our valued customers, we must be cautious when allowing customers to change their delivery address. If you're paying via PayPal, your PayPal address must be PayPal confirmed & match your eBay address at the time of purchase. Other payment methods (check, money order) allow us more flexibility.
