Q:What is your return policy?

A:Certainly you may return an item which is not as advertised, let me know asap, then we'll discuss the return of the item within 14 days, sometimes the item is worth less than the shipping and I don't want the post office to be the only ones making money, and I will make a 100% refund of the items purchase price.Normally the buyer pays for the return.

Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Absolutely! I have to invoice you for a combined shipping discount. There are shipping calculators for you to add your postal code/zip and see for yourself what the cost per item will be, this works for buying multiples of the same items, and it reduces your handling charge per item. If you are buying all different sorts of items I combine the items weights and add the size of the new shipping container, and check in with Canada Post web site for the combined shipping costs and then add that to the invoice.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:* I ship from CANADA within 5 Mon to Fri days of payment clearing - which can take up to 7 days, Note: there is no Saturday Canada Post * Delivery takes 12 Mon to Fri days * I'm unable to estimate an exact delivery time as I cannot control how long your package will take to clear Customs, Storms or Holidays

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A:Shipping charge is from CANADA POST I don't make money on the shipping since I'm trying to keep it as low as possible for you.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:Yup! I'm in Canada so I have to ship internationally :) Worldwide with pleasure! Actually it's exciting to ship around the world.

Q:What PAYMENT METHODS do you accept?

A:PAY PAL ONLY! I'm in Canada so this is the safe sure and fast way to pay for both of us. PAY PAL assures both buyer and seller that everything is on the up and up.

Q:INSURANCE

A:I include insurance in the Shipping and Handling when ever offered. HOWEVER - there is no insurance against breakage, so you have to choose more expensive postage where I can use loads of pacing materials or cheap and take your chances. You don't get a choice because reimbursement for loss during shipping is between the buyer and the shipping company.

Q:DUTIES AND TAXES

A:Custom duties, import taxes, state and provincial taxes, etc. at the buyers responsibility.

Q:MULTI-PURCHASE DOs and DON'Ts

A:PLEASE WAIT until all items have been won within 7 days, Ask for an INVOICE BEFORE PAYING and I will send you a COMBINED Invoice for all your items with the shipping. Then you can pay in a lump sum, otherwise each item gets shipped separately. A Combined order will be shipped in one box, to one address only.

A:REALLY IMPORTANT to me. All feedback left, repeat customers too, counts for both buyer and seller. If I keep high standards I get a reduced sellers fee. The eBay Feedback system was is designed to provide a simple, honest, accurate record of the buyer's and seller's online experience to ensure safe and satisfactory trade.

Running this eBay store and my listings IS my day job - it pays my mortgage, grocery and power bills etc. I would be very foolish indeed to gamble with your trust by over charging for shipping, misrepresenting an item or taking more time than needed to ship your parcel.

If ever there’s a problem it’s never my intention.

★ I charge $0.50 handling charges because the envelopes, labels and ink have gotten so expensive.

★ I ship the next business day if at all possible / 5 business days maximum.

★ I choose the least expensive shipping method.

★ I make refunds on shipping overages when I actually pay the post office and print the labels.

★ I make no money on shipping, on the contrary I often cover a portion of shipping costs.

Shipping charges are by Canada Post via the eBay shipping calculator. I enter the items weight and the dimensions - you enter your country and postal/zip code then Canada Post charges the shipping. I pay and print the shipping label. All shipping information is in the listing before you purchase from me - when you pay I must assume that you understand and accept the cost and transit time of shipping from Canada.

Please remember I only control the handling changes ($0.50) and handling time (5 business days) - not the shipping charges or transit times.

Please keep this in mind when you add your detailed seller rating vote: 1. Be honest. Objective ratings help sellers improve and help future buyers evaluate sellers.
2 . Review the item title and description before rating the seller on the item as described. 3. Consider only business days when evaluating communication. 4. Rate the seller on the time it took them to mail the item, not the time it took you to receive the item. 5. When rating the seller on shipping and handling charges; Sellers may charge actual packaging materials costs and reasonable handling fee to cover time and costs associated with shipping.!

Your Detailed Sellers Rating Directly Effects Me - Here’s How: the icon next to a member's user ID means that the seller meets the criteria for being a Power Seller: Consistent sales volume, 98% total positive Feedback, eBay marketplace policy compliance, an account in good financial standing, detailed seller rating (DSRs) of 4.5 or higher in all four DSRs (item as described, communication, shipping time, and shipping & handling charges). If a seller no longer complies with any one of the above requirements, they are removed from the program.

Detailed seller ratings do not impact the overall Feedback Score. But it does effect my Power Seller Rating. I rank over 4.8% on three DSR but for S&H charges I am sternly rated because Canada Post costs more than the US counterpart. I need your help to raise my rating to a 4.8% - I give you my very best service, so please give me a fair rating, or allow me to fix why you couldn’t give me more than a 4.8 score. Once all 4 categories are over 4.8% I will receive a small but very helpful sellers fee discount - as mother used to say “a penny saved is a penny earned” - thanks, the mermaid.

Shipping charges/transit Times are controlled by Canada Post/US Customs/USPS
