I received the laptop in amazing physical shape incapsulated in a incredibly well packed and thoughtful box that even had a huge gauge out of the box from the shipping company but was in perfect shape due to the packaging!
The laptop as listed was in perfect working condition and runs and operators great but upon further use the batteries which SPECIFICALLY AREN’T WARRANTIED didn’t operate in a sustainable fashion. I messaged the seller and they got my situation straightened out immediately <3
