Unfortunately, both of the CDs and their plastic cases were broken. The seller was notified. They asked for the CDs to be returned at their expense, and offered a refund which was provided when they received the return package, after several follow-up messages and a call to eBay. The item was in fact new, but badly broken inside of the sealed packaging. Another purchased item shipped at the same time as this one from this same seller arrived in perfect condition.
