INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

If you live outside USA – you must contact me for shipping charges before bidding. In your email you need to include your city, state, country, zip code and phone number (international shipments require me to put a phone number on custom forms).

RETURNS:

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. I can not take returns, especially if the buyer requested some changes in the order. I try to describe each and every item to the best of my abilities. Each item is carefully made and prepared for shipment. Very rarely, but sometimes it happens that I make few mistakes in the listing. I try to correct it immediately and notify you the buyer immediately of any changes or delays. If I extremely misrepresented the in them then I will offer and exchange. In that case the buyer is responsible for shipping charges and the shipment of the original package back. I will inspect it and if everything is in order I will ship out an exchange. I can not take returns on items in a case when the buyer changed his/her mind about the item or simply decided that he/she does not want it anymore. Exchanges are given ONLY IF THE ITEM IS EXTREMELY misrepresented and arrived with missing items. Each package will include a paper with a check list that I make when packaging your item. I will check out each item on the list to make sure that you get everything that is listed in the WHATS INCLUDET COLUMN. If the package arrived damaged, and the buyer has not purchased insurance, I can not help you out in this case, nor be held responsible. I can only suggest locations on where to purchase a replacement.
