SHIPPING
POLICIES & INFORMATION
S&H: We don't mean for S&H to be complicated but due to most of our items being smaill and heavy
we have done the best we can to give you options and to keep the price as low as possible. So please read all info below, it can save
you money. We do charge a small handling fee and insurance is included. On the bottom of every listing is a shipping calculator,
this will allow you to change the qty based on the qty available and give you a quote based on weight. Some listings will mention
a rate based on a flat rate box. For these listings keep in mind the FRB price is the same regardless of qty but it will tell you
the maximum qty we can fit in that box. We will charge which ever is less, but you must send us an invoice request when you are done
shopping. If you check out and pay before receiving an invoice from us, ebay automatically calculates the shipping based on weight.
Our recommendation is to always send an invoice request to us before paying if buying mutiple items.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We appreciate
mutiple orders and we are more than happy to combine shipping, but Please don't pay until all items have ended or been bought and
we send you a single combined invoice. We can not combine shipping once item/s are paid for or add additional items to an order that
is already paid for. When you are done shopping please send us an invoice request. Ebay only calculates based on combined weight,
and when combining multiple items it is not always accurate. Plus we might be able to save you more money by utilizing flat rate boxes.
DELIVERY
TIME: While we work as fast as we can to get orders out, please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to get your order out from the date
we receive payment. Business days are M - F. Orders are processed on a first in - first out basis. Also please note, that once the
package leaves our facility we have no control over the shipping carrier. For Priority it should arrive in 2 - 4 bussiness
days from date of shipment, for First Class or Parcel Post it should arrive in 5 - 7 business days from date of shipment. If paying
via paypal echeck, payment date is the date the echeck clears.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We greatly appreciate any orders from our international
community, but please note we only offer USPS Global Priority, and the rate is very high for small single items. But the prices does
not drastically change as the weight goes up for most countries. If buying a single item, please use the shipping calculator at the
bottom of the listing. Please allow 5 - 7 bussiness days for international orders to be shipped, and due to customs it can take
anywhere from 2 Weeks - 8 Weeks for items to arrive depending on the country.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept Paypal and Money Orders
(NOTE: We don't accept personal checks).
Please note we don't ship items until we receive payment. This also means if paying via echeck
on paypal, we can't ship until paypal says it clears. We appreciate payment within 7 days or we can't guarantee availability of the
item/s. If items are not paid for within 10 days we will file a dispute with ebay in order to get our final value fees credited back.
We have to charge 8.25% tax on orders shipped to Texas Residents. If you are a re-seller and have a Tax ID, please email us first.
RETURNS
All
sales are final. Please read the entire listing before bidding or doing a buy it now on an item. If you have any questions not answered,
please email us first. If an item arrives broke, please email us pictures of the item and the original box and packing material tosales@omalleyshomedecor.com. We must be notified within 10 Days of date of receipt.
GENERAL INFORMATION
STORE ITEMS: All of our store
items have a best offer option, this option is available for those people who want to buy larger qty's and possibly get a little
better price. But we do not have to accept the offer and do not have to match starting auction prices. We generally do not accept
anything less than the buy it now price on smaller qty's.
AUCTIONS: Our Auctions will have a starting bid, but please note almost all
products are available in our ebay store for buy it now at just a slightly higher price, so please check our ebay store before
bidding an item up to high. Also if you desire more qty than is available on the auction, there will be more available in our
ebay store for buy it now.
PRODUCTS: We do our best to describe our products as accurately as possible, but if you have any
doubts or questions, please email us before buying or placing a bid or performing a buy it now.

cast iron pieces, may or may not come with rust on them.

The term Rustic doesn't mean rusted, but rather means un-refined, country,
or simple.

Products that are painted, are hand painted and shades can vary from product to product.

no product comes with hanging hardware. Also if the product has mounting holes, or a hanger it will be stated on that product listing.
