PAYMENT

Payment is expected within three days of the date of sale.

SHIPPING

Items are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment. Most items will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail within the United States.

International shipments will be via USPS International Priority or International Express Mail only.

Shipping charges for multiple items will be combined.

INSURANCE

Insurance is included in the shipping charges of many of our items. If it is not it is highly recommended that you purchase insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged uninsured items.

AVAILABILITY

All items sold within the store inventory format are subject to prior sale in our physical location. If you purchase an item that is no longer available your payment will be promptly refunded.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within seven days for a cash refund less any and all shipping charges both ways. That includes charges we incur on free shipping items. Returned items must be in the condition in which they were sent. DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ALL SADDLE SALES ARE FINAL

The exception being problems related to the warranty. If you have a warranty issue please contact the manufacturer.
