NOTE: A quick word to our eBay customers. Our business model and policies allow us to keep prices low for you, while protecting us from 'would be' scams. Our integrity is very valuable to us, and reflected in our feedback profile. There are no local pick-ups or previewing unless you have an appointment (our warehouse is not staffed). To pickup you must be prepaid (local and state sales tax must be paid also- currently 9%) within the three day period (if you have not paid within three days, we will offer your merchandise to someone else, if the opportunity arises).
Some of the reasons we do not allow payment at pickup, include:
- high-tech printers producing counterfeit currency (cash, cashier checks and money orders) being used by thieves
- we describe our items well, and you have the opportunity to get to know us, through our feedback
- we protect our time, since customers who pay when they order, always show up when they say they will
Typically, our available hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm. Please only request times that fall within our hours of eBay availability.
There is no charge for local pick up of freight items (100 pounds and above) but we cannot assist loading your vehicle (read policies for applicable fees). We welcome local pick-up customers but please be respectful of our time and work in ministry and be aware that we will collect local and state sales tax for locally picked up items. We offer Christian counseling and other services so our time is very valuable to us and those we serve.
You may come without an appointment if you wish but there is a minimum $50 fee, if we are able to accommodate you. Our warehouse is not staffed and we will charge a fee if you do not have a confirmed appointment ahead of arrival.
