These are the only trackable methods used by the US Post Office, and the only way we will send packages that are paid with paypal.

3. Visa, and Mastercard with a minimum 40 positive ebay feedback rating. This does not mean that you cannot bid. It means that we do not accept charge cards from anyone with a feedback of less than 40.

Additional insurance is at the discretion of the buyer. We will ship insured or not insured at your request. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if they are sent without insurance. We will NOT ship any item over $100.00 without insurance.
Shipping is EXACT COST, PLUS a $6.00 handling fee on all LARGE international packages. A Package can hold 1-20 items.Once you have made a purchase, we will pack it up and take it to the post office for a shipping quote. We will give you 1-3 different shipping options on having the package shipped. Items over 4 lbs or if the box the item is in is over 36" around the item has to ship Priority Mail International or Global Express International. Smaller items can be shipped Air Letter Post or Global Priority. Check out the US Postal website for more information on rates to your country.

We don't know the exact shipping fees to your country until we have the item packed up and weighed for a shipping quote. We can give you an estimate but it is only an estimate. It could be wrong.

General Information on How the post office works:
The United States Post office has the following rules that we need to follow in order to ship an item.
Insurance - Insurance can only be purchased, we are not responsible for lost or damages packages that are not insured. Flat Rate Global Priority & First Class Packages cannot be insured..
Tracking - Tracking is available on Global Express and Priority Mail International shipments only.
Customs - Every package sent requires a customs form with the declared value of the items inside; we will enter a declared value on the customs form. There may be a custom’s fee on delivery of the item, check with your local customs office for rates.

Why Paypal is listed for confirmed address only as a payment option for foreign shipments:
The catch 22 situation with Paypal. In order to prove shipment of a package, as part of the buyer's protection plan, Paypal requires online tracking. The only way to track a package online is to have the package sent Global Express or Global Priority. This is not an inexpensive way to send packages.
