~Payment is to be paid in full within 7 days, unless other arrangements are made ~Non-pays are reported to ebay & negative feedback will be given ~I am willing to work with you, but you need to contact me to do this ~Auctions are shipped every Monday & Thursday. ~If you need an item shipped quicker, please let us know & we will arrange something (typically UPS is a quicker choice as we can arrange pickup the next day)

~Returns must be pre-approved within 5 days of receipt of item & shipped back within 5 days. ~Item must be returned in the condition that it was sold. ~There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise except for defectives. ~Please understand, we do list used/old items along with new items, so read descriptions thoroughly.~Contact us if item is defective in a way not listed in the auction. ~If your item is defective, email us with the information & we will have you ship back the item. ~Upon receipt you will receive credit for item & shipping. ~If the item is not defective (or was listed with the defect) you will receive a credit minus 15% & postage both to & from you.
