Return Policies
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order.
- Returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION which can be requested via email to: orders@oddbanana.com.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it with the same product.
- If you receive a misshipped item, we will replace it with the correct item.
- Returns of items that are not damaged, defective or misshipped will be accepted only if they are returned UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition. Returns of this type are subject to a return/restocking fee of up to 15%. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
- If your item is returned to us by USPS (or other shipping service) due to an incorrect or insufficient address, lack of forwarding address or any other such reason, we will refund your purchase price less shipping, handling and insurnce charges (including any return postage charged to us by USPS or other carrier) and a restocking charge of up to 15%.
