| A:We offer store credit if there is a problem with your purchase.
We do not give refunds or credit if an item doesn’t fit as we clearly list measurements for each item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. |

| A:All items are in stock unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of payment and may even ship the same day except weekends and holidays. |

| A:We charge a nominal $2 handling fee to cover time and materials and you are guaranteed that your order will be handled and package with care. Insurance is optional but we recommend that you purchase insurance to protect your investment. |

| A:We ship worldwide! International buyers, please pay using PayPal. We are unable to accept international money orders or checks drawn on banks outside of the US. All international orders are subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. |
