SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. First-Class Mail. International orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and we insure every order until confirmation of delivery.
Shipping rates are stated at the bottom of each listing page. Domestic rate is $6.95 for first item. Shipping internationally is $16.95 for the first item. We do combine shipping for multiple orders, the rate is the original shipping cost plus $2.00 for each additional item. There is a limit of five items for international orders.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. It is recommended that you research what taxes are levied by your government on this item prior to bidding. This is assessed by your government and collected on delivery independent of the final sale price and shipping charge for this item.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Though we strive to keep all items in stock that are offered on our site, we may occasionally get "flooded" with orders for certain pieces. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via e-mail with the approximate date of fulfillment, giving you the option of receiving a full refund, or waiting until the product is in stock.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund of the selling price.
Refunds will only be issued for jewelry in "unworn" condition. All service related fees such as shippings charges or special delivery charges are non-refundable.
