I had been a frequent customer for many years until this transaction. I received a defective item from this seller, notified seller of the issue and sent a picture within a couple of days of receiving the item. Seller responded they sorry and would ship a new one out. That was the end of all communication, they would not respond again. Seller dragged it out until they were no longer obligated and ebay was of no help in this matter!! Over a 40.00 issue. Wow....
