Returns: Ohio Mustang Supply will accept returns of unused items in their original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase date with a return authorization number. Contact Ohio Mustang by email or telephone to obtain an authorization number. Returns must be shipped prepaid with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package. Ohio Mustang Supply will not be responsible for return shipping. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless other merchandise of equal or greater value is purchased. Defective Parts: Upon inspection, Ohio Mustang Supply will replace defective parts with an identical part as long as the original has not been altered in any way. You must obtain a return authorization number by email or telephone from Ohio Mustang Supply and it must be written clearly on the outside of the return package. New Old Stock items (NOS), used, electrical items, literature and Ford Motorsport parts have no warranty and are excluded. Stripe kits are shipped in the manufacturer's sealed box and are not returnable to Ohio Mustang Supply, the manufacturer should be contacted in the event of any defect. Damaged Parts: The carrier is responsible for shipping damages, you must notify the carrier within three days of delivery if your order arrives damaged. You may also notify Ohio Mustang Supply. .
