We are happy to provide free shipping on our fixed price listings but that only applies to the first mailing. Any packages returned as wrong address will require a payment from the buyer to the new address given. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
