Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for in store credit. Store credit is good through the life of the company and can be used toward ALL of our items.
Q: Do You offer Resizing or Goldsmithing?
A: Yes, we do offer resizing or any other goldsmithing service you may need. Below is a link to our resizing page with prices and information, if you need other goldsmithing services please feel free and contact Judy: judy@oldcities.com.

Q: How much is Shipping/Handling and How do you Ship?
A: We charge $6.00 for all domestic shipments and they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International shipments are shipped via FedEx International Priority and we charge $25.00. We also offer overnight shipping to domestic customers through FedEx for $25.00.
Q: When can I expect my Package to Arrive?
A: We ship ALL orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. If we are resizing your item it will ship within 3-5 business days of payment being received.
Q: What is the difference between a Reserve Auctions vs a NO Reserve Auction?
A: Reserve auctions are auctions that start at a minimum bid of some sort with a disclosed reserve price only known by the seller. This disclosed reserve price MUST be met in order for the item to sell. While NO reserve auctions, the high bidder at the time the auction ends is the winner, regardless of the ending price.
Q: Do We Combine Shipping?
A: Yes, we do combine shipping. We charge a one time fee of $6.00 ($25.00 international) no matter how many items we are shipping.
Q: Do We Offer LAYAWAY?
A: Yes, we do offer a layaway program. We ask for 1/3 down at time of purchase, then you have 90 days to pay off the remaining balance, INTEREST FREE! Contact us at time of purchase to make layaway arrangements.
