| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We are happy to accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for in store credit. Store credit is good through the life of the company and can be used toward ALL of our items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship ALL orders within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends. If we are sizing your ring, sizing takes 3-5 business days, so add an extra week to your items arrival date. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:ALL shipping is FREE. We ship via USPS, it's a 2-3 day ship within the US and 6-10 days international. We do offer overnight shipping, we charge $15.00 for all overnight shipments. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we do ship internationally via USPS and FedEx to Australia. We can ship via FedEx to all countries, so if you prefer FedEx let us know. |
| Q:Do you offer resizing? |

| Q:What is a reserve auction? |
|
| A:Reserve auctions are auctions that start at a minimum bid of some sort with a disclosed reserve price only known by the seller. This disclosed reserve price MUST be met in order for the item to sell. We are more than happy to share our reserve prices with you, just shoot us an email. |
