Lackadaisical shipper 3 days after payment. Shaft had extension glued in shaft ( Not in description )to bring length to standard which in turn changes the flex. Extension falls out while I’m attempting grip change. Seller states in email “well next time buy new”. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER HE WILL NOT HONOR RETURNS OR PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT!

Disgusting case of extortion. Received club ahead of schedule. Unhappy, customer asked for partial refund, was pointed to returns and threw fit above. Return accepted automatically. Then customer said he would remove negative feedback if we gave partial refund. Extortion plane and simple. Check your message and reviews he leaves for others before you ship/sell to this guy. We sell great equipment and will continue to do so. Thanks for reading.

Asked seller if item would ship day after paid, seller lies and states item shipped not true shipped 3 days later.
Received item with old midsize grip an attempt was made to regrip that is when I saw the extension which immediately popped out while pulling grip off. Now I’m stuck with a driver that plays at 43”! But I’m the extorting liar OK
Do not purchase a Titleist ts2 8.5 off this guy unless you want a defective shafted driver.
