Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A. Our fixed price listings all ship for FREE. Our auction items do incur a shipping
charge. For those items, US Shipping is $4.50 for the first item and $1.99 for each
add'l item you purchase. As long as all the items are purchased within a five (5) day
period and paid for in a single payment.
We cannot combine items retroactively if you've already made individual
payments. Sorry. Please wait until you are done bidding to make a single
payment.
Shipping to Canada, UK & Australia is also FREE for our fixed price listings.
Our auction items & store items are $6.50 for the first item and $1.99 for
each add'l item as described above.

Q. Do you combine shipping?
A. All our 'Fixed Price' items ship for FREE. Our auction listings do charge a shipping fee.
For those items, the ombined shipping is $1.99 for each add'l item you purchase. As
long as all items are purchased within a 5 day period and paid for in a single payment.
If you purchase items beyond a 5 day period or for more than 20 items, you must begin
a new combined shipping group.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion that does not comply
with the 5day/20 item combined shipping requirement.

Q. Will you send me a combined invoice at the end of the auction?
A. No, we don't send invoices out. Checkout is really easy. When you're done
shopping, simply click on the 'Pay Now' button at the top of any one of the
auctions you have won from us. Then click 'continue'. Alternatively, you can
click on the “checkout now“ button near the bottom of any of our auction
listings. Either option will take you to our checkout page to complete your
purchase.
All the information you need will be there including details of ALL the items
you purchased & the combined shipping cost. Simply follow the prompts to
complete your purchase and pay for your order.

Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Orders usually ship within 48 hours from the date your payment clears. You
will receive an e-mail when your package ships. They are shipped via USPS
mail which takes up to an additional 5-7 days to arrive (14-21 days if you are
an int'l customer)

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we currently only ship internationally to Canada, UK & Australia. Sorry, if
you do not live in one of these countries, we cannot accept your bid. Thank
you for your understanding.
Additionally, because the import duties vary greatly from country to country, you will
be responsible for any duties/taxes imposed by your country.

Q. When will you leave me feedback?
A. Our feedback system is automated. It leaves feedback automatically within
48-72 hours from the time we ship your package. We don't wait for you to
leave feedback first. We feel if you've paid promptly, you deserve good
feedback.
If there is a problem, please e-mail us before leaving negative feedback. We
are commited to your complete satisfaction. We promise that we will not rest

A. We send several e-mails throughout the buying process to keep you informed
of the progress of your order.

Q. I live locally, Can I come by and pick up my order to save on shipping?
A. We don't keep a regular brick and mortar store. That keeps our overhead
costs to the bare minimum, allowing us to offer these handcrafted solid
sterling silver creations at true below wholesale pricing. As a result, we do
not have any local pick-ups available. Sorry.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are available within 30 days of
receipt of item. All items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or
altered. We do not reimburse the return shipping charges.
