We go through every piece of equipment before it goes out.
We sell only quality, clean reconditioned used equipment and top quality new equipment.
All used equipment is thoroughly cleaned, fully reconditioned, and fully tested prior to being offered for sale. At time of sale and prior to shipping, it is then re-tested and will arrive ready to be
put to use unless otherwise specified in our auction description.
Used equipment is just that, used, and may not, in every instance,
be in perfect condition. We try to present the item accurately as possible.
Due to altitude, water pressure and any other unforeseen variables,
some adjustments may need to be made once you receive the equipment.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept pay pal, cashiers check, money order, business check, personal check, wire transfer or cash. No shipments will be made until funds have cleared our bank.
POINT OF SALE: All used equipment is sold FOB our warehouse/ showroom facility in Sequim, WA 98382.
PACKING, SHIPPING AND WASHINGTON STATE SALES TAX: Unless otherwise noted in the auction listing, please e mail us at: Sales@olympicrestaurantequipment.com for freight quotes and packing options.
Olympic Restaurant Equipment Inc. will professionally package your purchase free of charge. If you select crating as an option, additional crating charges will apply as stated in the auction listing. We will take every measure to insure proper packaging of your equipment purchases.
In the rare event that your item does get damaged in route to you, we will do everything possible to assist you in filing a damage claim with the freight carrier. It is very important that you check your item thoroughly when you receive them and note any damage on the bill of lading which will help in the filing of a freight damage claim if required. In the event of concealed freight damage, please contact us immediately. Do not discard any packaging or crating materials and photograph any damage if at all possible.
CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE: Although guaranteed to be working and as described in our auction listings, used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty. New equipment is sold with manufacturers warranty only where applicable. Because we are a high volume foodservice equipment dealer with other web and showroom sales, we reserve the right to end this auction at any time.
Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized by Olympic Restaurant Equipment Inc. prior to item being returned. Buyer must contact us for a return authorization number. Return shipment must arrive within 14 days of delivery date. Return shipments arriving without return authorization will be refused by Olympic Restaurant Equipment.
*All delivery and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Used items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. Olympic Restaurant Equipment photographs all items prior to shipping.
*New items must be returned new, unused, and contain all original parts, accessories, manuals, and shipping materials.
*Returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus any shipment, return shipment, or eBay fees which apply.
