Any items purchased from Olympus include a 30 day money back guarantee and a full 90 Day North America Manufacturers Warranty covering all defects. New products are covered by a full one year Olympus warranty. We do our best to ensure flawless transactions. However, if you have any concerns regarding your item(s), please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Olympus Auctions is not a resource for resellers or dealers. Our goal is to provide eBay customers with great deals on reconditioned products -- including items that may not be available in stores -- and to purchase direct from the manufacturer.

PAYMENT DETAILS
- All payments must be paid via PayPal only - no exceptions. PayPal payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Payments are accepted from confirmed U.S. and Canadian accounts only.
- We DO NOT accept personal checks or money orders.
- Once the auction is closed, you will be sent a winning bidder notice with a check out link. Please wait for this email before contacting Olympus.
- All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.
- Payment account billing and shipping address must match. We ship to the PayPal billing address only - no exceptions.
- Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days unpaid items are automatically relisted.

SALES TAX
- Olympus has a general business presence in all 50 states and Canada, therefore we are required by law to collect sales tax from all customers in all states that assess a sales tax. The following states are exempt from sales tax: AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR.
- For all orders placed in Canada, we charge applicable taxes, which include GST or HST. Your sales tax rate will be calculated upon checkout and is based on the shipping address provided.
- Merchants, dealers and non-profits: Please do not bid if you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase.

SHIPPING DETAILS
- We do not combine shipping cost.
- All orders will be shipped within three (3) business days after payment clears.
- Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday.
- Olympus is unable to deliver to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
- We ship using Fed Ex and UPS for domestic orders and Purolator for Canada.
- We do not offer expedited shipping - no exceptions.

- All Winning bidders must use our checkout to complete the order or the purchase cannot be processed because we
will not know that you have paid for the auction.

WINNING BIDDDER NOTICE
- During the checkout process, PayPal will confirm your address by verifying it with the billing address you have on file. If your address can not be confirmed, PayPal will ask you to place a credit or debit card on file so your address can be verified - this policy is part of PayPal's user agreement.
- Please note our office hours are Monday - Friday (9:00am - 4:00pm EST).
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. This email will also contain a link to track your order. Please note your order number at the end of checkout - you will need this number to track your order.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR REFUND
- Olympus Auctions will accept exchanges or returns for refund if the product is in the original shipped packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept returns for computer software if the packaging has been opened.
- Product returned after 30 days but within 90 days of the date of purchase will qualify for a repair under the warranty.

- Please note: The exchange / refund process takes up to three (3) weeks to compete.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable .
RETURNS FOR REPAIR
- Please package the product carefully using ample padding material to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your repair submission form (below) and return to one of the Olympus Service Centers listed below. Typical repairs are processed within 7-10 business days of their receipt or approval of repair charges.
