All items are shipped via UPS within 2/3 days of Payment. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or National Holidays.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Due to our customers visiting our Los Angeles Office, please keep in mind there is always the possibility that a customer can purchase an item that is listed online and that you have just committed to buy. We try our best to keep our inventory current. If this happens, we will refund your Payment immediately and we may contact you regarding a similar item if available.

We can special order any item to

Special orders payments must be made in full before the order can be placed. Special orders can take 4/ 5 weeks to come in stock and are non refundable. Please email us for pricing information.
LAYAWAY
We offer a 60-day Layaway plan for any item that you would like. You just need to pay 25% down on the item. Layaway payments are non refundable.
SHIPPING RATES AND INFO
Shipping costs are as follows (insurance included):
- Standard Delivery Service $9.50
- 2nd Day Delivery Service $19.50
- Overnight Delivery Service $29.50
- Saturday Delivery Service $39.50
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO/FPO pay $5.00 extra postage costs.
- All International Delivery Service $50.00 (Via USPS)
Standard Delivery: Standard delivery service pays for UPS ground shipping which takes 1-5 Business days to arrive after it leaves our office. If you need faster delivery please upgrade from the choices above.
Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation via email the day your order leaves our facility. The email will contain your tracking number so that you may track your package. (USPS packages do not have tracking information)
Combined Shipments: We do not combine shipping costs due to the increase in the insured value and weight of the package for each additional item.
Sizing: We can size most of our rings for a minimal fee. Sizing will take 1 week. If an item is sized by us it will no longer be refundable. If a particular ring in our inventory cannot be sized or if you need a size that is more than 2 sizes up or down, we may be able to special order the item for you. Please email us for more details.
International Buyers: You are responsible for all duties and taxes as charged by your country. If you do not have a Verified Pay pal account you will have to pay via Bank Wire Transfer.
We ship to the following countries: North and South America, Japan, Germany, New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed please contact us to inquire. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country due to government regulations or security of the package.
Delivery: All shipments are insured and sent signature required, they must be signed for. If you are not available after 3 delivery attempts the item will be sent back to us and you will have to pay repeat shipping and return shipping costs. Please make sure to be available for the delivery of your item.
If you anticipate you will not be available, we can also have the item held at a UPS location for a fee of $10.00 as charged by UPS.

RETURNS
100% Money Back Guaranteed If for any reason, you do not like the item you have Purchased, You may return it within the 14 Day inspection Period for full Money Back Minus initial shipping costs. The 14 day inspection period starts from the day you receive the item. All items come with an appraisal certificate prepared by our certified gemologist. Opinions of Appraisers may vary up to 25%. There will be NO RETURNS on Altered Merchandise. Example: If the item has been Sized or the Prong has been changed or the ring has been worn or altered in any way. We usually do not charge any restocking fees but if we feel our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. If you purchase more than 3 or 4 items with the intent of returning most or all of the shipment this will be considered abusing our return policy. Buyer is responsible for the Return shipping. Buyer will also be responsible for insuring the item if they are returning it.
