We accept PAYPAL from CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY. Money orders and personal checks 7-10 days after auction end. Personal checks must clear before product will be shipped. Paypal is preferred.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & RETURN POLICIES:
Damaged Items: Damaged/broken items must be reported within 10 calender days from the time of receipt. On The Ball Sportscards will not be responsible after these 10 days expire. Damaged items can be returned for replacement. For any damaged items shipped via UPS, a claim will be filed by On The Ball Sportscards . The customer must retain item in its original packaging for UPS inspection or pick-up. Once the UPS claim is complete (takes about 5-7 business days), On The Ball Sportscards will ship out the replacement item.
Non-Damaged Items: All other merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, plus a 15% restocking fee will be incurred. In the event of an On The Ball Sportscards mistake, On The Ball Sportscards will pay for return shipping charges. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return any merchandise! All return items must be in original box with packing. Be sure to insure the merchandise, as On The Ball Sportscards will not be responsible for broken items (ie:display cases) on returns, and credit will not be given.
