According to the sellers description item was in good shape. But when I opened the box an began to assemble the wire to the tracking device had been cut. No instructions no tools to assemble. This item clearly had been opened. Its ok of its an open box and with a defect. Just be honest n upfront. Contacted seller for return still haven gotten a response stay away from this seller

First, seller sent me one box when I ordered two. Even the packing slip stated two, but I only received one. After contacting the seller and waiting for my second box received it and opened it to find it scratched and dented. The seller advertised “Open Box, 100% Complete, Like New” - a scratched and dented box is not “…Like New”. I waited to receive my second box until leaving my review in hopes I could say there was a shipping error but the seller made things right. That is not the case.
