TERMS OF SALE
- Payment is due within 7 days of FIRST auction end
or FIRST BUY IT NOW purchase.
- You must make ONE PAYMENT for ALL ITEMS in order to receive the combined
shipping discount. If you aren't sure how to do this, please contact me and I'll
walk you through it.
- Non-payment will result in a non-paying bidder alert filed with Ebay and possible suspension by Ebay.
- Payment made via an unaccepted method (ie: Personal Check) is considered non-payment. Partial payments are considered non-payment and will be denied or returned to the sender.
- If you buy something and then later change your mind before you pay - THAT'S FINE - just let me know! Don't simply ignore the invoices and reminders. I have no problem cancelling a sale with no negative consequences to you, if you'll just let me know.
- If you are unhappy with any product, please email me and we will work out a solution, be it replacement or refund. Customer Satisfaction is my top priority, please contact me if you have a problem with any of my products and I'm sure we can work it out.
FEEDBACK
I have found that some buyers (more than you might think) are not concerned about feedback ratings and don't take the time to leave feedback for sellers. Since I am a one person company, I found myself using my limited time to leave feedback for many buyers who did not reciprocate. Therefore, I now only leave feedback once feedback has been left for me.
Since I leave feedback personally (not by an automated response), it usually gets done 2-3 times per week, so if you don't see feedback left by me right away, don't worry, it may just take me a couple of days, but I assure you, I will respond.
If you have any problem with anything you've purchased from me, PLEASE contact me BEFORE leaving feedback and allow me the opportunity to correct the problem.
Regarding the 5 STARS (Detailed Seller Ratings):
Please know that Ebay punishes sellers that get anything LESS THAN A 5 on these ratings. Apparently having 'Accurate' item descriptions, shipping 'Quickly' and making sure you are 'Satisfied' is not sufficient, even though those sound like very good ratings (those are descriptions of 4 stars).
When completing these ratings, please keep in mind these things:

I make every attempt to send items that meet or exceed the item description, however, I am human, and may make a mistake from time to time. If you feel your item is not as it was described, please contact me before leaving feedback.

I email information to you when your item is shipped, along with delivery confirmation numbers, if appropriate. I also email planting instructions to you for live plants, tubers and bulbs. I send all emails through the Ebay system. If you didn't get these emails, please check your spam or junk mail settings or your 'My Messages' on Ebay. You may also want to make sure that you have your current email address on ebay.

I generally ship seeds within 1 business day of payment receipt and plants are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and sometime Wednesdays to avoid the chance of them sitting in a truck or warehouse for the weekend. I have no control over how long the post office takes to delivery your items.

This is the one category that I actually don't think is relevant here. When an item is purchased, the buyer obviously thinks that the shipping and handling fees, taken together with the price of the item, were reasonable, or they would not have purchased the item. I will tell you up front what all the shipping and handling fees are before you purchase; if you are combining items, email me and I will give you the combined S&H charge before you buy. IF YOU DON'T THINK THESE CHARGES ARE REASONABLE, THEN PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM ME. It's only logical that if you don't agree with my charges that you wouldn't purchase from me, so I don't understand why this category is even necessary.
I DO charge a 'Handling' fee on top of the 'Shipping' charge on plant purchases because I take great care in how I pack my items to assure that they arrive to you in perfect condition. As you know, everything costs money and that handling fee helps cover things like Paper, Envelopes, Tape, Ink, Labels, ISP fees for my web site where all my planting instructions are, Ebay and PayPal Fees, gas to take the packages to the post office - the list goes on! I take pride in the product and service that I provide and I think that paying the little extra in 'Handling' fees for what I provide compared to what most other sellers provide, is well worth it. If you disagree, then please don't purchase from me.
Shipping & Handling on most seeds is $3 for an unlimited number of packs. Some people purchase one pack and think that $3 shipping is unreasonable - to those people, I suggest either buying more packs or buying from someone else who charges less. However, you KNOW that the S&H is $3 BEFORE YOU BUY - so, again, I feel it is unfair to be marked down on this category if you made the decision to purchase from me knowing in advance what the fees are.
If you buy 3 packs, I will give you a FREE PACK with your order and this FREE PACK is not one of those 'wildflower' junk packs you get from some sellers. I try to send something meaningful that goes with your order - I'll even let you CHOOSE the pack you want if you email me and let me know (within reason, of course).
