Local Pick Up: We encourage local pick up at our store! Please contact me if you are planning on picking up your purchase so that we can have your item ready for you. Please remember to bring your user id and/or item number with you. Also, please note that there is a $1.50 charge per order for picking your item up at the store.

  We ship out your items on Wednesday and Friday Mornings . This means that if you paid for an auction on Friday afternoon your purchase will not ship out until the following Wednesday! Please be patient! We have a demanding schedule to keep and we must try our best to adhere to that so we can bring you the best prices and service! While our sales increase we are trying to incorporate a Monday shipment to better serve our customers!

  Our Handling Charge Explained: We charge up to $4.00 USD for the handling of our items in the domestic US, up to $5 for overseas customers.. We realize that many people do not understand the need for this. We will be happy to tell you if you'd like to ask us.

  Domestic Shipping Methods: Media Mail - Normally takes 4-9 Days but can take up to 14. Priority Mail - 2-3 Days but can take up to 4-5. First Class Mail - 2-5 Days. Parcel Post - We strap it on the back of a snail, throw him out of the door and say "Mush" and takes him/her about 10 days or longer! All orders are sent with a Delivery Confirmation Label. All orders over $100.00 USD require insurance. We recommend that you purchase insurance for any item over $30.00 for your protection.

  Combined Shipping Policy: If you purchase multiple items from us DO NOT PAY until you receive a combined invoice with your new total on it. Some of our auctions have the shipping discount already stated and these should combine during check out; for the rest of them we gather the items on your invoice and weigh them again then apply the additional charges for Delivery Confirmation and Insurance (if required), and a handling charge (up to $3.00) then send you an invoice with this adjusted amount.

  International Orders: Please use the Shipping Calculator at the end of the auction page that we provide for your convenience. We WILL NOT "fudge" on Customs forms so please do not ask. This is against International Law and we will not break the law. You are responsible for the customs charge of your country, it is not included in our shipping charge. Some items such as Magic Cards have a much higher shipping charge due to the way in which we must ship the items to carry insurance. This protects you and us against loss and fraud.

  Return Policy: We will work with you anyway we can to make your purchasing experience with us as enjoyable as we can! If you purchased an item from us and the condition is different than described in the auction then please contact us. We are sorry but OOP and Vintage items are not returnable due to the value and rarity of the items, we may not get them back as we sent them. Please make sure you want the item when you place your bid!

  Feedback Policy: We LOVE to get and give Feedback! This is an open forum that lets all eBay users know if the person that we are dealing with is Trustworthy! We will leave feedback for you after we receive feedback from you and we know that our transaction was successful!!! We do not do this in order to "hold anything over your head", but to give everyone involved a chance to have things turn out positively before negative feedback is left!
