 Q: How do I cancel an order if I already made the payment?

We can only assure order cancellation if notice received within 12 hours, weekends excluded.
 Q: The eBay shipping calculator can not calculate the shipping to my location.

  A: We require payment by Cash/Debit for local pickup. Paypal Payment won't be accepted due to security reason.
 Q: Can I pay for my purchase without using paypal?

  A: If you haven't make payment then please just wait ebay's notice for unpaid item (normally within 7 days from the transaction date).  Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: All orders are eligible for combine shipping will have the shipping cost automatically calculated according to the shipping weight when you use eBay checkout. If you found your items are not combined it means they are not eligible for combing shipping.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: All shipments will be processed in the payment receiving sequence. Our handling time is 1~3 business days depending on workload. Once the order shipped please use the tracking number we provided to track the shipment progress. Please refer the corresponding shipper website for transit time.
 Q: Do you have tracking number for my order?
  A: The tracking number will be automated to your email box when the shipment processed. (your paypal or eBay registered email address). Please wait 2~3 business days before you call or email us for status of your order.

 Q: Do you take paypal when ship internationally?

 Q: Can you mark the item as gift or lower value when send to my country so I don't have to pay tax or less tax?
