Why hasn't customer support answered
my question?
We answer all questions within 2 business day. If you have not received
an answer please send the question through an actual email account and
not ebay's system. If you still do not receive an answer please check
your spam and remove all filters. Our system sends out an automated reply
to every email/question. If you are not receiving this automated reply
then your system is filtering out our replies.
How do I contact customer support?

How long will it take to get my item?
Please refer to the specific item to determine shipping time. This can
be found in the shipping info box under the item description.
How much is shipping?
All items on eBay ship for free.
Do you combine shipping on multiple
orders?
We do not combine shipping. We offer a low flat rate shipping of $0.00
per item, and very competitive pricing on all our items.
How do I combine my invoice?
We will combine it for you. Please do not pay until it has been combined.
Do you ship Internationally?
No. We only ship to the 48 continental states.
Can I expedite shipment?
We cannot expedite shipment at this time. We are looking into this as
a future option.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
Yes. We do allow returns and exchanges. Please see the return policy above.
How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice by email. We accept PayPal, Credit Cards.
What if I do not have a PayPal account?
You can pay with credit card through our secure checkout. A link will be sent to your email address.
Is your checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is secured through Authorize.net. It is also protected
from fraud by Verisign.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can use your credit card and process it through Verisign's secrue
checkout. Just follow the instructions as you are checking out.
Why can't I find my team/item?
Our inventory changes constantly. If we do not have an item today please
check back periodically.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
If the manufacturer provides a warranty for a product it will be included
in the package. We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged.
