We are a privately owned business loacted in Buford, Georgia where one of our 60+ fulfillment centers within the United States is located. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the largest selection of team sports merchandise available on-line. We started out several years ago with a small inventory and a big dream. Today we pride ourselves on providing you with the same small company service that we have always offered. We will never be too big to take care of your needs.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 10 days of checkout. After this time-frame any unpaid invoices will be forfeited and a non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the fees.

Shipping

Once payment is received your order will be PROCESSED for shipment the following business day. Please refer to the shipping info box under the item in question for specific shipping time. If you are purchasing multiple items please allow the specified time for each different item to arrive. We do ship from multiple locations so it is possible that your orders could arrive at different times. We will send you a tracking or delivery confirmation number. However, your order might arrive before this email is generated. Please allow the specified delivery time before contacting customer support. We only ship to the 48 Continental States. Please refer to the shipping info box to determine if a particular item can be shipped to a PO Box or an APO address as every item is different. Sorry, but we cannot expedite shipment at this time.

Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact our customer service team for a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST. We take pride within our customer service team, so please express any concerns or comments you might have while shopping with us at OneStopFanShop, Inc.

Upon Arrival:
When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully, as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes / bags to incur some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team regarding the issue.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival (All Items):
We take full responsibility of any item(s) that arrive to your location damaged or defective. Please do not return, discard, or use the item prior to contacting our customer service team for a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST.

Clothing Exchanged / Different Size:
We accept clothing for exchange for sizing issues. Items must be returned with tags, labels, and in original condition. Original condition means that the item should be stored in a smoke-free environment, should not be worn, and should not be subjected to any other type of condition that might make the item seem used. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts, etc.), the requested size change will be shipped to appropriate location. If the size requested has been discontinued or sold out, a full refund will be given for the purchase price of the item(s). Please print shipping label prior to returning.

Clothing Returns / No Exchanges:
We accept returns on clothing for a full refund of the item(s) purchase price. Item(s) must be returned with tags, labels, and in original condition. Original condition means that the item should be stored in a smoke-free environment, should not be worn, and should not be subjected to any other type of condition that might make the item seem used. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts, etc.), a full refund will be given for the item(s) purchase price. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. We will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days. Please print shipping label prior to returning.

Non-Clothing Items:
We accept returns for any reason. Prior to returning the item(s) for a exchange or refund you must contact our customer service team for a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST. OneStopFanShop, Inc ships from numerous warehouses throughout the United States. Based off the item(s) you purchased, the return procedures vary by location. A restock fee may apply for made to order items not being exchanged. Our customer service team will give you details upon receipt of your return request.

We answer all questions within 1 business day. If you have not received an answer please send the question through an actual email account and not ebay's system. If you still do not receive an answer please check your spam and remove all filters. Our system sends out an automated reply to every email/question. If you are not receiving this automated reply then your system is filtering out our replies.

If the manufacturer provides a warranty for a product it will be included in the package. We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged.
