100% Guarantee Policy
All products sold by Onestopfanshop are guaranteed to be authentic, brand new, licensed products. If your purchase is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is incorrect we will either refund your money or provide you with a new item. If your purchase arrives and you simply do not like it you may return the item. Please see our full return policy for undamaged goods below. If your product does not ship in the specified time frame shipping will be free. Please remember to check the shipping policy box on the item page for the specified shipping time, and remember it is stated in business days. Also, shipping time is stated in the amount of time to ship out, not the actual days to arrival. Once the item has been shipped we cannot control the travel time to the final destination. We will do everything we can to make sure your shopping experience with us is a positive one. Please remember it is your responsibility to read the time for the item to ship out to you, remember that time is stated in business days, and once it leaves we cannot control the transit time. We will do everything we can to make you happy. We will uphold our policies, but we cannot be held accountable for a customer failing to read what they are purchasing.

 


PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, major Credit-Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Payment is due within 10 days of checkout. After this time-frame any unpaid invoices will be forfeited and a non-payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the fees.

Shipping

Once payment is received your order will be PROCESSED for shipment the following business day. Please refer to the shipping info box under the item in question for specific shipping time. If you are purchasing multiple items please allow the specified time for each different item to arrive. We do ship from multiple locations so it is possible that your orders could arrive at different times. We will send you a tracking or delivery confirmation number. However, your order might arrive before this email is generated. Please allow the specified delivery time before contacting customer support. We only ship to the 48 Continental States. Please refer to the shipping info box to determine if a particular item can be shipped to a PO Box or an APO address as every item is different. Sorry, but we cannot expedite shipment at this time.

Return Policy / Damaged Goods

RETURN POLICY (undamaged goods)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price. (A restocking fee of 15% will be applied if item is not exchanged). Items must be returned with tags, labels and receipts intact, and in original condition. Original condition means that the item should be stored in a smoke-free environment, should not be worn, and should not be subjected to any other type of condition that might make the item seem used. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise (and appropriate tags, receipts, etc.), we will credit the account originally charged within 10 business days. Any shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. If you are exchanging an item please indicate so on the return form (below) and include $4.99 for shipping.

• Make sure to print out and fill in the return form. It is very important that you include your order number and contact information.
• We suggest that you use UPS or USPS Priority Mail for your return and use delivery confirmation. Keep the delivery/tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that it has been delivered.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/INCORRECT ORDER DELIVERY

When you receive your package(s) please inspect it and the contents carefully. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us regarding the product. If you open your package and have received the wrong item please email us. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any damaged or incorrect products. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.

Why hasn't customer support answered my question?
We answer all questions within 2 business day. If you have not received an answer please send the question through an actual email account and not ebay's system. If you still do not receive an answer please check your spam and remove all filters. Our system sends out an automated reply to every email/question. If you are not receiving this automated reply then your system is filtering out our replies.

We do not combine shipping. We offer a low flat rate shipping of $0.00 per item, and very competitive pricing on all our items.

We will combine it for you. Please do not pay until it has been combined.

Do you ship Internationally?
No. We only ship to the 48 continental states.

Can I expedite shipment?
We cannot expedite shipment at this time. We are looking into this as a future option.

Why can't I find my team/item?
Our inventory changes constantly. If we do not have an item today please check back periodically.

Does my purchase include a warranty?
If the manufacturer provides a warranty for a product it will be included in the package. We do replace or refund items that arrive damaged.
