We offer custom cutting on most of the materials we sell for a nominal fee.

We require you purchase the cutting services based on the number of cuts required.

Custom Cutting / Shearing (2 Cuts)

Enter your cutting instructions (dimensions) in the "Notes to Seller" section of the checkout.

Restrictions:
Cuts are straight cuts only and 90 degree cuts. We do not offer angle or circle cutting or any type of fabrication.
Cutting is based on our cutting capabilities and we reserve the right to reject any cutting request deemed excessive or that does not fall within the realm of the cutting capabilites of Online Metal Supply.

Cutting Tolerances Apply as follows:

Shearing: (Sheet and Plate up to 1/4" thickness)
Width and Length: +/- 0.063"

Sawing: (Plate)
Width and Length: +.250" / -0"
(Please note we lose some material due to saw blade kerf (width) when cutting (approx 1/8th inch per cut) Please buy your material and plan accordingly for this loss of material.)

Sawing: (Bar, Rod, Tube, Etc)
Length: +/- 0.063"
