These Terms & Conditions Below Apply to All Your Purchases From OnlineDuplicators.

Warranty Policy

All warranty periods start on the invoice date.

  • All duplicator systems sold by OnlineDuplicators are covered under our Basic Manufacture Warranty, Three Year Labor and One Year Parts Manufacture Warranty.
  • Most of the duplicator or computer electronic products come with One Year Parts and Labor Manufacture Warranty. However, some products may come with a shorter warranty period or manufacture warranty only. Shorter warranty or manufacture warranty products will be mentioned on the item description
  • Any product has a manufacturer's warranty beyond one year or as limited by OnlineDuplicators, it is the BUYER"S responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs or replacements that occur beyond the one year warranty, or limited warranty.
  • During OnlineDuplicators warranty periods, we will repair or replace all parts which prove to be defective during the specified OnlineDuplicators warranty period. Customer are responsible for all shipping charge to return the defective item back for warranty service. Shipping charge will not be reimbursed or paid for under any circumstances. Customer must first obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number prior to returning, and we will not warrant any products which have been subjected to improper freight handling/shipping, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation.
  • Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which OnlineDuplicators must receive the return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • The warranty also will not cover products installed with non-OnlineDuplicators components and/or parts with broken warranty seals, missing serial number or having assembly trace damage.
  • Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number will void all warranty.  
  • Physical damage or customer induced damage voids any OnlineDuplicators warranty. This warranty policy does not extend beyond the original BUYER.
  • we reserves the right to request the total cost of any replacement of products or the products itself, if later the products returned for warranty service are found to be physically damaged by the BUYER. 
  • Please allow 15-30 days for your replacement to be processed, excluding the time for shipping. Shortage of inventory, discontinued models, and other factors may delay the completion of this process.
  • During OnlineDuplicators warranty periods, we reserve the right to replace the defective item with a different model/same quality replacement if the product had been discontinued by the manufacture.

Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back at the customer's own expense. An RMA number is valid for 14 days from the issued date. The product must be sent in ALL the original packaging, including the box(es) with the original UPC codes, manuals and other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • All return requests must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. No refunds or exchanges will be valid after the 14 day invoice date period or the warranty expiration date, whichever comes first.
  • All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
  • If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If you do not notify us of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.
  • If your burner is not listed on your purchased DVD media’s compatibility list, then there is no refund or exchange.
  • Used CD/DVD Printers, CD media, and DVD media are non-refundable.
  • No refund/exchange of any item unless it is defective or unable to repair.
  • No refund/exchange of any item if such item cannot do other than what has been advertised.
  • 30% restocking fee may be charged on current market price for merchandise in resalable condition returned within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • The customer pays for the shipping for all returns to us. We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. We are not responsible for any damages to the product during shipment. We ship back returns to the customer via UPS Ground in the continental US. The customer must pay for shipping both ways for Hawaii, Alaska, and international packages.

 DOA (Defective On Arrival) and Exchange Policy

  • All Sales are Final. In the case of the product found to be DOA, we will gladly Repair / Replace / Exchange to the same item. No credit / refund will be issue for any in-stock DOA merchandise.
  • Defective merchandise received within 3 days after the delivery date will be considered DOA (Defective on Arrival). We will replace or exchange this DOA merchandise within 1 week upon receipt.
  • Prior to returning any merchandise to OnlineDuplicators, you must contact us to request authorization to return the merchandise for exchange. OnlineDuplicators RMA Department will process the necessary paperwork and issue an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on returned boxes. Returned goods must be shipped in their original boxes with all the accessories and packing materials. A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed with the return package. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
  • Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which OnlineDuplicators must receive the return products. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • All DOA merchandise must be received by OnlineDuplicators within 15 days from the date of invoice for exchange with the SAME merchandise only.
  • No exchange will be issued after 14 days from the date of invoice. No exceptions!
  • Please allow 7-10 days for the return / exchange to be processing. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to OnlineDuplicators.
  • We keep serial numbers on all products every step of the way in our warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer has inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to OnlineDuplicators. In such a case, the item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.  Customer will be responsible for ALL the shipping charge.

  • OnlineDuplicators is not responsible for typographical errors on the web site or any of our advertisements
