created this Customer Bill of Rights to insure that your experience with

As our valued customer, you are
entitled to:

Merchandise:
All of our items have been
thoroughly inspected by an authenticity expert before they are
posted online. Our authenticity pledge is backed up by our
money-back guarantee...but don't just take it from us, feel free to
browse the thousands positive feedback comments our customers have
left us after receiving their authentic items.
- Fast,
Secure Shipping: Not only do we ship daily, we take
on the additional expense to send each package by 2nd0-Day Air mail,
insured and requiring signature confirmation upon arrival.
This insures that your precious item will not be left outside when
you're not home, and that you won't have to wait very long at all to
get your new bag!
- Careful,
Attractive Packaging: Each item is carefully
wrapped in tissue, then covered in a protective pink bag (size
permitting) to keep off any moisture. Bags that are
susceptible to creasing and folding are stuffed so they retain their
shape during transit, even large items such as Buckets, Randonnees,
keepalls, etc.
- Return
Policy: You may return any item within 7 days of
receipt for a full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED (Okay, . .
we do reserve the right to at least ask why, so we can better serve
you the next time).
- Recycle
Privileges (consignment): After you've all the use you
need from your FASHIONPHILE purchase, you may send the item back to
us to be re-sold to a new buyer, and you will keep 75% of the
