Now, we are opening up our services to anyone wishing to sell authentic used bags. We list it for you on our Fashionphile.com website and then under our Fashionphile eBay account, and send you the proceeds once it sells.
Our Fee is a low 30%, plus associated eBay & Paypal fees (items sold on our website will not incur eBay fees).

That’s pretty much it. Once we receive your item(s), we do all the work (pictures, description, pricing) and send you a check after the payment for your item(s) have cleared.

Q: What brands does Fashionphile accept?
A: We accept, clean, authentic handbags and accessories from Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, and Tod’s. We are not taking clothing or jewelry at this time.
Q: How long does it take before I receive a check from Fashionphile?
A: We write checks on the 1st and 15th of every month. You will be paid for any of your items for which we have been paid in the 2 weeks prior. The sale process can take from two to six weeks, so the total turn-around-time can be up to 60 days, but can also be as quick as 2 weeks, depending on how quickly your items sell.
Q: How does Fashionphile determine a price for my bag?
A: Much like an appraiser values homes, we use recent sales of comparable items as a basis for pricing. We consider our own record of sales, the past 90 days of completed eBay sales, and also consider the retail value of the bag. Other factors such as condition, rarity, and current trends will affect our pricing decision.
If you have a bare minimum price that you absolutely need to get in order to part with your bag, let us know and we’ll make sure it does not sell below that price.
 Direct Purchase
If you do not want to wait the 2 to 6 weeks it may take to sell bags through our consignment process, we would be happy to buy most bags outright. We offer competitive prices that will depend on the condition and popularity of the bags. Usually, this amount will be roughly 50% - 60% of its potential sale price online. Once we agree on the price, you simply send the bag(s) to our Beverly Hills address.
As you may have noticed, you are more likely to end up with a little more money by going the consignment route. Our clients who choose the Direct Purchase option do so because they prefer to have money now and be done with it. A dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow!

 70% Buy-Back
We will buy back any bag you bought from Fashionphile within 90 days of the purchase. Yes, you read that correctly! Go ahead and wear your bag for a couple months, and when you’re in the mood for a different bag, send it back to us and we’ll pay you 70% of the price you originally paid. Think about it…this could revolutionize the way you shop for bags!! Now you can afford to have a “new” bag for every season, or every big event of the year.
But Wait….That’s Not All!! ( Why do I feel like I’m selling Ginsu Knives?) Our 70% Buy Back policy also applies to bags sold by other eBay sellers’! If you can show us the completed eBay auction of your bag, we’ll pay 70% of the ending price no matter who the seller was. Of course, some conditions apply here – we’re not totally crazy.
Conditions for the 70%/90-day Buy-Back
Fashionphile may refuse to buy-back bags which exhibit significant wear since the original sale. Significant wear includes, but is not limited to rips and tears, major ink stains, powerful odors, or excessive wear in the handles or corners of bags that are not disclosed in the original auction.
Payment is made after the bag is sent back to Fashionphile. This way, we can verify the origin, authenticity, and condition of the bag before the buy-back is completed.
Bags sold by other eBay sellers must be accompanied by a link or print-out of the completed eBay auction of the original sale. The auction must show 1) the ending price 2) photos that can positively identify the bag in the photos is indeed the bag you send (ie: date codes, other codes or unique lettering, any unique marks or colorations.)
