1- Do you carry your own inventory?

Yes, we have our own warehouse in Livonia Michigan, so you can be sure the description of our items is accurate, as we are not a drop ship business

2- What is the return policy on Electronics?

Sealed Video games and electronics can be returned only if damaged in shipping. Please email us first to arrange for a return to expedite the process. For open box items, returns are allowed within 7 days from receiving the item, only if the item is defective on arrival. Other cases, we can arrange for a credit.

3- What is the return policy on Shoes?

Shoes cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. Please make sure you purchase the shoe that matches your size exactly, and matches the color and style you want. If in doubt, try out the shoes at your local mall before buying. Please help us keep our prices low by avoiding unnecessary returns.

4- Do you offer overnight shipping?

Currently, we only offer priority shipping which usually takes 2-4 days.
