This adaptor will not attach to my Welch Allyn #11820 ophthalmoscope. In the advertising photo it shows the attachment to the #11820 but in reality it attaches to the Hillrom Welch Allyn Panoptic LED ophthalmoscope #118-2 or 118-3. It should slip on easily, but the attachment area is too small and I'm afraid if I force it too much it will break. Since there are no returns accepted no point in contacting the seller. I'm out $180.00+. My fault for not avoiding the no return line. Lesson learned.
