Payment is due immediately. There is a 30 day return policy for most products. International orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients cannot be returned. All essential oils which have been ordered in 4 ounce or larger sizes require prior authorization for a return. Essential oils, Absolutes and Hydrosols have to be returned in one week, unopened and in their original containers. Buyer will bear the cost of return.
