CARE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
Nature has made our Hawaiian tropical flowers absolutely beautiful. Our purpose is to preserve this beauty and deliver you a perfect flower. The information provided here will help guide you in the care of your tropical flowers to assure your enjoyment. With flowers so beautiful it’s impossible to make a mistake!
For Cut Flower Boxes and Arrangement Kits:

Unpack your flowers immediately! Please keep away from any heat.

Trim up to ½ inch off the stems.

Submerge entire blossoms in 60 to 80 degree F. water: orchids for 5 minutes & all others for 10-15 minutes.

Fill the vase with water so that the floral foam (provided with arrangement kits only) is totally submerged. Add the flower food and continue to add water until the floral foam is completely saturated. This may take a few minutes. Now you’re ready to begin your arrangement.

A helpful tip to get started is to find the central largest flower in the design. Cut this flower to the desired length (this will be the tallest flower in your arrangement) and position in floral foam. Then proceed to arrange the other flowers around it, from the largest to the smallest, again cutting the stems to the lengths needed. Continue until all flowers are positioned as shown in enclosed photo (provided with arrangement kits only). Make any adjustments but try not to damage foam with too many holes. Finally, insert the greens. Now enjoy your beautiful tropical floral arrangement.

Place your flower arrangement in an area that is free of drafts and away from heat sources. Moisten flowers daily with a mist to prevent dehydration and re-cut stems for added life. |
