| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns will be accepted within 30 days. Items must be unused & undamaged. The return shipping will be paid by the person returning the item. Items damaged in the return shipping will be the responsibility of the person returning the item. All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. |
| Q:Do you combine items for shipping? |

| A:Yes we do, just do the buy it now on all of the items that you need and hold off on paying. We’ll send you a combined invoice with the discounted shipping charges. |

| A:Yes, we ship using USPS Priority & USPS Express to foreign countries. |
| Q:Will I receive a shipping notification with the tracking information? |

| A:Yes, we do send a shipping notification with the tracking number on all purchases. However, some email providers can treat such email as spam and either block or send this notification to your spam box. Please make sure to check your spam box prior to contacting us for the information again. |
| Q:Can I call and ask questions over the phone? |

| A:To maintain the lowest prices, we try to limit questions to email if at all possible. Having a full customer service by phone would make it impossible to bring these items to you at this price. However, we can provide our business number if absolutely necessary. |

| Q:I received a tracking number for the USPS but it doesn't show up on the USPS website. |

| A:At times, the USPS can be very slow in scanning and updating. There are times that the item can be delivered before the USPS website shows a scan. Please be patient; the day the number is generated is the day the items are shipped to you. |
