Return Procedure
Before you send back the
problem merchandise:
Before you are willing to return your item request
exchange or refund, please read all of our return policy carefully. The return
policy has already noticed on both auction page and our policy page. All
returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued
by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the
box/package. Returned item should be carefully packed (in original packing or
secured packing with your own) and insured for the full purchase price and
shipped via a traceable means (USPS, FedEx, etc.) Over 30-day return policy
period, exchange item MUST pay for re-shipping charge (Amount has showed on the
auction page return policy which located in shipping & payment sheet). For speed
up the procedure, please put re-shipping fee (Cashier Check or Money Order) into
the return package together. All return item must be returned and arrived within
7 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in
the form of the original payment method or a check (The refund amount will not
include all of the insurance, transaction, shipping and any installation fee).
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and resend shipping costs.

Return check
list:
- Email us report your problem
detail and get the RMA#
- Write the RMA# on the
box/package
- If over 30-day of
merchandised request exchange, put money order (re-shipping cost has showed
in auction page) into the return package.
- Return address have already
showed on the original package and/or our email.
- After returned your item over
7 business days, email us with your tracking number. We will provide the
replacement tracking number or refunded transaction ID back to you.

Refund:
Returns refund may be subject to
a 40% restocking fee. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuance
of refunds, credits, or exchanges. Support unrelated or abnormally used to a
30-day warranty issue may be subject to additional charges. Refund amount will
not include all of the insurance, transaction, shipping and any installation
fee). Full credit will not be given for incomplete or damage returns. Absolutely
no full refunds for merchandise returned over 30-days. Warranty period begins
with the items date of payment record.
- After returned your merchandise
included RMA number over 7 business days, please email us with
your tracking number.
- After we confirmed received your
item returned, you will receive the eBay cancel order agreement
and please select “Accept” cancel order.
- A refund will be issued in the
form of the original payment method within 2 business days after
you accepted the eBay cancel agreement.

representation or warranty regarding third-party products or
services. Third-party packages or unauthorized return will be
refused. Legal act and/or report to eBay if received unreasonable
request. Our company is not responsible for any merchandise that it
does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the
following terms:
- We are not responsible
for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Merchandise
should be properly packed and insured for the full amount of purchase.
- Any used item will be
refused and returned.
- No Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Over the appropriate return policy
period or warranty expired.

customers better than anyone else. We wish you could accept all returns without
any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Thank you for
