 | Q: If I am an international delivery and my order is late, what should I expect? |

 | A: International deliveries are often held up by customs or your local post office for a signature release or because of a duty question. A message will most likely be sent to you advising what you need to do, but it would be a good idea to check with your local post office as a first step. Delivery can take 4 - 6 weeks, or longer during rush season. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: We have a no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a full refund of your purchase price minus S&H.
Please return the item within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in the same condition as sent.
This includes all original packing and materials. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes. If you order more than one item, you may choose to let me invoice you rather than paying for items immediately. This way I can give you a combined shipping price, which will generally result in savings. Should you pay in advance, I will refund any shipping overpayment to you via PayPal. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As a general rule, items purchased and paid for before noon will be shipped the same day, and afternoon orders will go out the following day. You may expect delivery within 3-7 working days in the US, barring any adverse weather conditions. International can be 4-6 weeks. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: We have no handling charges, and our shipping costs are calculated to actually be equivalent to or less than our true costs. We do not profit from shipping and handling. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 |
 | A: We ship worldwide. No tracking number is provided for international sales unless requested by the buyer. It is quite expensive. |
 | Q: Where are your products actually made? |
 |
 | A: We purchase the hides from Australia, ship them to China, where all of our products are hand-made. They are then shipped directly to our warehouse here in Sprague, WA., where we sell them under our own brand name, WoolWorks.
The result is the finest quality products on the market for a very reasonable price. Please see our feedback. |
 | Q: Will I get a tracking number? |

 | A: A tracking number for US shipments only will be sent to you once your order is processed, which is generally within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. International Tracking Numbers are available only upon request of the buyer, with USPS Express Mail, which is quite expensive, but you will receive a customs declaration number. |
 | Q: If my item gets lost during the delivery process, who is responsible? |
 |
 | A: We are responsible for ensuring the item is shipped to the correct address and a tracking number is provided to the buyer for US sales. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that there is a safe place for the Postal Carrier to deliver the package. |
