OUR LAY-A-WAY TERMS OF SALE

This is a legal and binding contract so please read all of the conditions before accepting this contract.

 

LAY-A-WAYS ARE FOR PURCHASES OF $30.00 OR MORE INCLUDING SHIPPING.

 

We are excited in offering Lay-a-way Program. It's a great program that allows you to purchase the item(s) you want and spread the payments out over time.

Here's how it works:

1)Email us via Ebay or our email and request an invoice for an item.  We will then inform you to purchase the item, but do not go to checkout - note:  If we have the auction listed for immediate payment we will update the auction not to require immediate payment per your request so you do not go to check out, Ebay will get their fees and we can pull the item and set you up on one of the programs below.

2)Let us know that you want your item(s) on lay-away

3)Choose your lay-a-way Program

HERE ARE THE LAY-A-WAY PROGRAMS:

Program A: Spread over 12 weeks. We'll send you an invoice for 20% of your total every 30 days for 3 months. That is 20% of balance owed once a month for 3 months to equal 3 payments.

Program B: Spread out over 8 weeks. We'll send you an invoice for 20% of your total every 2 weeks for during the 8 weeks. That is a 20% of balance owed payment due every two weeks for a total of 4 payments.

Program C: Spread out over 4 weeks. We'll send you an invoice for 20% of your total every week for 4 weeks. That is a 20% of balance owed payment due every week.

Program D: Spread out however you want it. Three payments or two ... whatever fits your needs the best. However our maxium lay-a-way program is 3 months.  The item must be paid in full on or before the 3 month anniversary of the start of the program.

 

We do require 10% of the complete purchase price including the shipping at time of setting the lay-a-way up and once you choose your program - we will invoice you via PayPal for the 20% of payment due or you may send additional payments via our PayPal payment address: payogaggs@aol.com.

You will be sent an statement after each payment with a updated current balance and when the next payment will be due.

It's that easy! No interest is ever charged and you may pay off your item(s) as soon as you like if you need it by a certain date.

Lay-a-ways are not refundable - an email will be sent to confirm you are wanting one of the lay-a-way programs above.  Also you must understand this is a legal binding contract for payment over a period of time for an item from our Online Gifts and Gadgets Galore Store.

*It is your responsibility to keep me informed of your address and email.  We will ship to the Ebay or PayPal confirmed address and email invoices or statements via the confirmed email. 

*Upon the completion of the final payment and when no balance is due, we will ship the item to you.

**NOTE**If you default in payments and we do not receive 2 (two) consecutive payments when due, we reserve the right to keep the payments previously paid and return the item to stock for sale to other buyers. If you are having difficulty making payments, please contact us ourstorecsr@aol.com , as we will be happy to work with you within the 3 month time frame.

At times if the item is discontinued or out of stock for any reason before you pay the item off.  Please read this:

Inventory disclaimer: Items listed in this section have fluctuating quantity in stock. Although most items will be available and shipped on time, we cannot offer full guarantee that they will be in stock at time of auction end.  If the item is out of stock you will be notified ASAP with the ETA of the item being back in stock and you can choose to wait or choose a complete timely refund.
