printed items: We require final approval of all custom printed designs before printing to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design. As such, custom printed items are non-refundable. If we commit a
printing error (ie: prints wrong proof), we will replace the order (or refund the
order price in some cases). In all cases, the
original order must be returned before a replacement is
shipped.
