Q: What is your return policy?
A: While we try and make sure our products are represented accurately - errors do happen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the problem with you to your satisfaction. Customer Service is a high priority for us.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes! When purchasing more that one item for us we charge only $1 more per item for shipping. If you are purchasing a large quantity of books or a lot plus additional books - let us know in advance and we will charge actual shipping with an additional $.50 handling fee.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship daily Monday - Friday, sometimes on Saturday. Media Rate: Usually takes 3-7 days however can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on where you are located. Please keep this in mind when ordering - we have no control over our products once they are taken to the PO. Priority: 2 to 5 days generally Parcel: 2 to 10 days sometimes a little longer.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: For books in our store we charge a flat $3.00 no matter how large the lot. Additional books can be added for only $1 more. On our auctions of non-book items or book lots we charge actual shipping plus a $.50 handling fee.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes - please contact us for a shipping quote.

Q: How do you set your prices?
A: Each book is handled and researched before we price. We check many sites before deciding on how much to charge for an item. This is a supply and demand economy - so the more demand and less supply - the higher the price. We always consider reasonable offers - please keep in mind we have paid for this item plus have eBay and Paypal fees to cover.
